Yeading? [****!!****], I thought they were gonna be just down the road in Greenford for us!

Think if they are in Prem they have agreed groundshare with Yeading, if not will probably stay at Vikings.

not a bad shout.....can't see frimley green being in the league. There ground is rubbish & i dont think they were going to sort it out.

Supposively Guildford United have run out of money and can't complete the ground.

& rumour has it, some clubs have ordered stands but unfortunatly can't afford them when they arrive. Could cause all sorts of promblems!!!

We can only speculate on the actual constitution at this stage, but the Combined Counties League are aiming for a a Premier Division of 24 clubs and 20 clubs in Division One.

There's never a shortage of teams wanting to come in from the feeder leagues, so unless there were large scale demotions (from the Premier Division) or relegation to the feeder leagues, the 24 + 20 club constitution appears to be the only option.

Hey guys - my first post.

I play at Feltham and we had a terrible season last year but fingers x we will be in the Prem next year.

As far as I am aware relegation went to Southall and Mole Valley not the two bottom teams (which included us) <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />

Having played in the league for a few years there are defo a few teams who I cannot see getting the ground done in time (Westfield would have been one).

Hope to see you next season

Westfield are definitely in, as they've had a ground share with Woking approved.

I think the league have got a few clubs in mind that they want to demote because of their grounds; I believe they are Guildford United, Frimley Green, Farnham, Bedfont Green and Feltham. I'm sure there are a few more.

The CCL must be laughing at all the speculation. But the thought of these teams not knowing their fate until the end of June is totally unacceptable!!

Bedfont Green have arranged a groundshare with Yeading if they stay in Prem division I believe, and Feltham share at Hampton & Richmond, both of which should pass the grading.

Paulb is quite correct. If neither of these pass the ground grading then we'll all be out (except Westfield of course)

There was also a rumour that Reading Town might be shifted across to the Hellenic League similar to AFC Wallingford.

Wonder how much truth there is in this.

Welcome Feltham man. Is Christophe still with you ? I have heard the rumour about Reading as well but as AFC Wallingford have been able to announce their move and Reading havent then I wonder if it is true.

There is so much speculation about, it's terrible!

Let me add to that - I have heard Reading will not be moving across because the Hellenic league do not have room for them.

CCL have applied to have 24 teams, but not confirmed (apparently).

I know a couple of teams need to spend a certain amount of money on their grounds but are reluctant only for the league to tell them they've been demoted! You can't blame the clubs, without the assurance of staying in the Premier Division why would they spend the money!!

Total shambles

Disagree. As far as I know the clubs have known about the ground regulations for over a year and were warned they could be relegated. It is no good making decisions now. Should of been done at the start of the season.
