Ryman results missing from teletext

Why are the results from the two Ryman division one leagues missing from both the BBC and ITV regional results pages on teletext this season?

I guess that the broadcasters will say it's all down to what the press association feeds them - but as I know that match secretaries are obliged to telephone results to the PA, why are they not passing them on?

they had the esl results up but not the leagues above them where over a thousand more people a week attend each league!!

Do they go to the PA at Ryman 1 level?

they don't put them up,simply because is a....micky mouse league <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />what's all the fuss about?the ESL this year is a much better league with better football played... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />

PA produce the results via wire feed as do Hayters' agency too. Yes they all get the information and all results should appear.

I have had many a problem with them in the psst trying to get results for 'minor' games.

So unless the summary guys at the Beeb or ITV have a working knowledge of Non-League football, all they do is shovel out what they receive.

Not sure if it is the same now, but a few years back I phoned and asked why if an FA Cup replay is drawn, do they not put up the 'who won on pens' line.

Was told that the software they run didn't cater for that...hmmmmm

I don't think a lot has changed as when Romford's game with Sawbo was abandoned the other week, they just deleted the score.
