Tend to agree MM, independence is the important word, most of us with any criticisms have done so because we have spotted opportunities to improve the service given to the fans. This is not a perfect club and we should always look to improve, I didnt see the post but if it was a fair point that was raised it is open for discussion it is up to the rest of us to decide whether the topic was worth a response.
