FF News Posted January 4, 2015 Share Posted January 4, 2015 Boston United have completed the signing of midfielder Grant Roberts from Conference North rivals Gainsborough Trinity. Roberts, who played his last game for Trinity against Lowestoft Town last Sunday, has arrived at The Jakemans Stadium having previously played under Dennis Greene's management at Histon. The 23-year-old is capable of playing on the right or in the centre of midfield. The Pilgrims have re-signed midfielder Greg Tempest on loan from League One side Notts County until the end of the season. The 21-year-old scored once in fourteen appearances during a three-month loan spell between September and December. Subject to the relevant paperwork being ratified by the football authorities, both players will be eligible to face Colwyn Bay today.
