FF News Posted January 7, 2015 Share Posted January 7, 2015 Conference club Macclesfield Town have confirmed that Arthur Gnahoua has left Moss Rose. The versatile striker has decided against remaining in Cheshire and will now head for a new challenge in Spain. The 22-year-old made twenty-one appearances for The Silkmen this season, and was part of the side that secured a New Year's Day win at Grimsby Town last week. He scored two goals for Macclesfield Town this season in the 1-1 draws with FC Halifax Town and Gateshead, but has struggled to hold down a regular starting place in John Askey's side of late. The exciting young forward came through the ranks at Stalybridge Celtic and signed for The Silkmen after impressing on a pre-season trial. He had loan spells at Colwyn Bay and Whitehawk in the 2012-13 season before earning his first-team debut in the final games of the season, and scoring against Woking in the thrilling 5-4 defeat.
