FF News
Northern Counties East League Division One club Teversal have added to their management team. Manager Scott Simpson has continued the development of his backroom team with the introduction of Jason Truscott as assistant manager with immediate effect. Truscott has a wealth of experience in non-league football, initially as a physiotherapist which saw him hold that post at Mansfield Town before developing his coaching skills and experience to hold managerial roles at Hucknall Town and Glapwell. Until last week, he was manager of the AFC Mansfield Under-21 Development Squad. He was also physiotherapist at The Bulls, and held the manager's post in a caretaker capacity when Micky Taylor stepped down earlier this season. Simpson spoke to Truscott and found that he believes in the ethos of the Carnarvon Street club in progressing players to achieve their goals in football and taking the club forward by giving local players the opportunity to progress through its own youth system.
