Stamford AFC have welcomed Paul Holden into a newly formed role at the club.

Holden will work closely with Daniels manager David Staff and assistant Rob Gould whilst contributing as coach educator for The Daniels player development programme.

David Staff commented 'Paul has a wealth of experience, knowledge and his coaching expertise will certainly help us both short and long term. It makes complete sense for us to get on board someone with his credentials and benefit from his involvement'.

Football Director Guy Walton added 'Paul has kindly agreed to a crucial role in player/coach education at the club, sharing his tactical and technical experience for collective benefit'.

Holden is a former Director of Football for The Gibraltar FA, and Academy Director at Crystal Palace.
