FF News
Aylesbury Vale Estates this week agreed a long term extension with Aylesbury FC for the lease at Haywood Way. The long term extension was agreed as the club is planning some major investment in the facility over the next eighteen months. This work has already started with the pitch being dug up and relaid last week. Work will also start on the changing rooms, club house and the Academy classroom area over the summer. There are also plans to upgrade some of the perimeter fencing and the floodlights as well as works planned for the turnstiles/entrance and tea bar area as well as the boardroom but some of this work may not start until the season is underway. This major investment is being carried out as the club plans for a successful future with promotion being the main aim. There was more good news as the club announced that the back of the First Team Home and Away shirt will next year carry the Logo of local firm Bees Knees. Bees Knees have been a sponsor of Aylesbury FC for the past two years but have stepped up their involvement with the success of their business and because of the ambition of the football club on and off the field of play. Bees Knees are a pest services company with a difference, so instead of being pest controllers, they prefer to offer pest services, which means proofing, re-location where possible, and education for a better understanding of prevention methods. For more information on this local company visit Bees Knees We thank Jim, James and Denise for their continued support.
