FF News
Vanarama National League North club Hednesford Town have parted company with manager Bernard McNally after a run of only one win in their last eleven games. The Pitmen currently sit in eighteenth position in the league table and Saturday's 3-1 away defeat at Gainsborough Trinity was McNally's final game in charge. A statement was released on the club's website on Tuesday morning. It read "It is with regret that we have to announce that Bernard McNally has been relieved of his duties at Hednesford Town Football Club today, after a meeting last night to discuss the club’s current position. Over the past three months the team have only won one of the last eleven league games and have slipped to 18th place in the National League North and it is felt that a different approach is needed at this time. Bernard, a highly regarded former player of the club, is a fine football coach and one of the most genuine people in the game and we wish him well for the future" Source: Hednesford Town FC Source
