Attendances and Fans

Last nights official gate was 243 which in all honesty was below our expectations and therefore a bit disappointing. What a good night though from the fans point of view, the shrimpers mingled in the riverside and there was a right good atmosphere over there, its got 200 seats and they looked nearly full to me in the second so I suspect that a lot of people made their way over there to sample the buzz...... bloody great and just what we've been working towards, its nights like that where you think that its all worth it in the end, very satisfying. Shame about the result but overall, Great. Thanks both sets of fans and to the players as well, good game, played in good spirit and god knows where the two dismissals came from....Refs will never learn will they, rules are rules I know..... but makes you think sometimes.... Still onwards and upwards, big 6 pointer on saturday and we'll take a lot from last night. Brilliant... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cool_shades.gif" alt="" />
