Who thinks we can still get promoted?

I was just wandering who actualy thinks we can still get promoted? Why we still could:

1.we are only just past half way through the season

2.our next 10 matches are all matches we can and should win

3.we have a good squad of players to pick from,and if they are managed in the right way we WILL be the best team in the league

4.all the other promotion contenders keep slipping up to.

 

Why we might not:

1.Steve Browne-im sure he is a nice enough guy but the simple fact is that he aint a good enough manager.

2.Northwood are so far ahead there might be only one promotion place to play for,but they have played alot of games

3.cold tuesday nights in essex

Why We Could:

1. Best group of individual players in the league

2. Larger budget than most

3. Bigger fanbase than most

4. Good playing surface

5. The fans

 

Why We couldn't:

1. Steve Browne

2. Steve Browne

3. Deji Davies

4. Steve Browne

5. Finances

6. Our away form

7. No passion from the majority of the players

8. Too much moaning at players from the terraces and not enough vocal group support apart from the Barmy Army

10. No fight in the players

just over half way .... lots to do and lots of points to get...but until it is mathmatically impossible...then I would agree with you all......

IMHO the teams who can still go up are:

 

Northwood

Wealdstone

Hornchurch

Yeading

Harlow

Slough

 

Horchurch will finish top and it will be between the rest to fight for second.

 

This could all change, but at the mo this is how I see it.

I just know that money talks in all levels of football. And with the squad you have you will not have any major [****!!****] ups. maybe the odd loss now and again but you will win most of your remaining games.

 

We have the games, but i'd rather have the points ta very much. and with tonights game looking unlikely due to the weather, and hertford way on sat which will no doubt be called off as well, we have a pretty large fixture pile up looming.

 

If we can over come that we have a very good chance of going up, but.........
