FF News Posted January 28, 2015 Share Posted January 28, 2015 Vanarama Conference South club Whitehawk have completed the loan signing of Christian Nanetti from Vanarama Conference side Dover Athletic. Nanetti signed for Dover in July 2014 from Havant & Waterlooville. Italian-born, he moved to the UK to pursue his football career, starting out as a youth player with Queens Park Rangers. From there he moved to Scottish side Raith Rovers in September 2010 and then on to Ashford Town (Middx). During 2011/12 he played twenty-eight games for Lewes, scoring 3 times, and moved to Havant in March 2012 where he scored 4 goals during the season run-in. He went on to play forty-three matches in 2013/14, scoring 12 goals – 7 of which were from the penalty spot. Nanetti has played for Whitehawk boss Steve King before at Lewes, who later sold him to Havant.
