FF News Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 Larkhall Athletic has won the prestigious Somerset FA Charter Standard Community Club of the Year award which was presented at a ceremony at the club’s County Ground on 29th July. The award is testimony to the work the club does across all age groups from under-7 to its adult senior sides. The FA Charter Standard demonstrates that a club has proven its commitment to player and coach development, and to raising standards of behaviour. Larkhall was the first club in Bath to attain Community Club status, the highest level. The Club expressed thanks to the members of its Youth Section for their help, without which the club would not have won this award without them. The Club also expressed gratitude to the Somerset FA for their acknowledgment of the hard work on and off the pitch.
