FF News
The academy manager at Evo-Stik League Southern Farnborough has definitely got a head for heights after agreeing to jump out a plane for charity! Fearless Marc Wardley is aiming to raise £500 for The Anthony Knights Foundation on Wednesday 9 August by doing a sponsored skydive. The 40-year-old UEFA A coach can definitely rely on the backing of supporters at the promotion-chasing Hampshire club. As well donating more than £130 to his cause already, fans have also posted a mock-up of the academy manager dressed for action in his jumpsuit to encourage others to get behind him. Before taking on his first academy manager role at the EVO-STIK League Southern Division One Central club's Cherrywood Road, Wardley was involved with Blackburn Rovers, Fulham and Aldershot Town. The Anthony Knights Foundation aims to raise money for children in need throughout Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire with all monies raised going directly to local good causes.
