Just thought of a great idea! How about "reduced entry before 2:00 pm". Get everyone in spending their money in the bar/cafe and buying a programme/50-50 ticket etc.. to while away the time before K.O.

 

Probably some downside that I haven't considered though.

Other advantages of such a scheme for us Clarets - extra time to focus our binoculars, and with the general hush around the stadium between 2.00pm and K.O, would give us a chance to sample the atmosphere which will exist throughout the game.
Downside? - the reduced income would make it more difficult for us to meet our £15,000 p.w. wage bill.

Errr....yes, Blue fan - that's what my posting implied if you read it VERY carefully! But you need to consider the fact that as I don't often get the opportunity to visit Melbourne Park, my observations are based on information posted by regular visitors to the stadium, and therefore may not be strictly accurate.
