Can anyone tell me how many teams are supposed to go up and down at the end of this season please?

 

2 up, 2 down. As per... http://www.eofl.co.uk/leaguerules.pdf

 

and Mountnessing applying for the Essex Senior League on the understanding that they can groundshare at Brentwood again.
