FF News Posted January 13, 2015 Share Posted January 13, 2015 Conference club Bristol Rovers have signed young goalkeeper Charlie Phillips. The stopper joins from Evo-Stik League Southern Premier Division side Paulton Rovers, where he has been playing for their Under-18 side this season. He spent time on trial with Rovers and has agreed a contract at The Memorial Stadium. Phillips has also been playing for Timsbury Athletic, where he has put in some impressive performances.
