The Wings are currently battling against relegation following the departure of boss Jamie Day to Ebbsfleet United. Pitt, who has managed Leiston, Stanway Rovers and Wivenhoe Town, joined the Blues for a second spell in the summer and was responsible for scouting and player recruitment, and his job will be now shared between manager Rod Stringer, assistant-manager Nick Haycock and assistant coach Tony Fenn.
