FF News Posted February 12, 2016 Share Posted February 12, 2016 Carterton have been expelled from this season’s Oxfordshire FA Senior Cup, resulting from a failure to pay oustanding fines. The Uhlsport Hellenic League Division 1 West side were due to face local rivals North Leigh in the quarter-finals, having overcome Oxfordshire Senior League leaders Oxford University Press 2-1 after extra time in the third round. However, they have been removed from the competition after failing to pay outstanding fines following disciplinary action against a player. It means OUP will be at home to the Millers on a date to be arranged. The semi-final draw, which the winners will be paired with Oxford United, Oxford City or Kidlington, is on Tuesday.
