FF News
Stourbridge have paid tribute to Leon Broadhurst, who made his 600th appearance for the Glassboys in Saturday's Evo-Stik League fixture at home to Colwyn Bay. Whilst the double postponement of their FA Trophy tie at Nantwich Town was frustrating, it did at least mean Leon's milestone was celebrated at the War Memorial Ground. Leon, who first joined the Glassboys in the Summer of 2003, has been a wonderful servant to the Club over the subsequent years, and has been part of almost all of their most memorable moments, including the 2008 Southern League Midland Division Play-Off Final victory at Leamington, in which he scored the winning goal near the end of extra-time, as well as all three of their FA Cup runs to the Second Round.
