We will be able to see what Rugby Borough are really made of tomorrow although Leverstock Green already embarrassingly found that out in the First Round of the Challenge Trophy in September:

Division One
Northampton ON Chenecks v Buckingham Athletic

It's really sad to see Buckingham Athletic having such a disappointing campaign, it all started to go horribly wrong when Scott Reynolds left the Club didn't it:

Yes, it would appear from the match report that Leverstock Green were well beaten at Creasey Park yesterday albeit, to be fair to them, with a makeshift side against a full-strength and on form Dunstable Town:

Premier Division
Stotfold 1 St Panteleimon 1

A groundhopper from another Forum was at the New Roker Park:

Stotfold 1- 1 St Panteleimon (HT 0 - 0)
JSJ Stadium - New Roker Park, Bedfordshire
Spartan South Midlands League Premier - 1st v 5th - Step 5
Admission £7, Programme £1.50, Attendance 270 and 2 dogs, Tea £1.30,Chips £2
I had lots of plans to travel further, but Saturday jobs took longer than anticipated and I didn't leave the house until 2.30pm. I had the tried to drive through Arlesey not realising that the long road of Arlesey is totally blocked for roadworks, so I arrived at Stotfold to a full carpark, and heard the KO whistle whilst queuing to get in. It didn't appear that there were 270 there, but there were a lot of families and young children present. There appears to be some new merchandise being sold by Stotfold as I don't previously remember seeing so many amber coloured hats.
Stotfold are currently top of the table, with Leighton Town in second but Leighton have games in hand. St Panteleimon were etablished by their local Greek Orthodox Community.
The first half saw S getting the ball into the box, but not quite finishing to score. StP appeared to have fewer chances. At 60 minutes the S GK Gooch came forward, but misjudged it, leaving the goal mouth totally undefended. The ball almost appeared to move in slow motion as it gently bounced towards the net. S managed to finally reply in the 89th minute meaning a draw.

Premier Division
Tring Athletic 0 Leighton Town 1

A groundhopper from another Forum was at Cow Lane:

Spartan South Midlands Football League – Premier Division
The Grass Roots Stadium – Official Attendance: 270

Tring Athletic (0) 0 Leighton Town (0) 1
A trip to rural Hertfordshire for today’s action. I had considered visiting here seven days ago when Tring played Bury AFC in the FA Vase, but I didn’t manage to get to any game last weekend. However, the seed had been sown and I decided to make Tring my destination for today’s game. There was plenty of sporting action on offer today; there was a game being played at Tring Rugby club right next door, and more Rugby/Football action on the adjacent pitches further up Cow Lane – not that I was interested in any of that.
On arrival at the Dorian Williams Sports Centre, home to The Grass Roots Stadium, the car park was full, so I used the car park at the top end of Cow Lane, which primarily served the other sports pitches – plenty of room in here, as many others had decided to park on (and block) the pavement between the two car parks.
Admission: £8 - concessions for the older generation kick in at 65, so no reduction for me today.
Programme: told it was online, but haven’t located it yet.
This was a very close game, played on a sloping uneven surface, with very little to choose between the teams. The closest the hosts came to scoring was early in the second half, when a well-executed hook shot from the edge of the penalty area crashed against the bar. The visitors, chasing down top spot in the table, grabbed the only goal of the game around 13 minutes from the end; the Tring ‘keeper failed to gather a deep cross, leaving the Leighton #9 (I think) with a straightforward finish to grab all three points.
