First point - Is it true that ex - Bowers manager Brian Horne has had a heart attack ?

Second Point - I`m hearing through the essex senior league rumour mill that the Concord Reserve team manager (Dont know his name ) is being lined up for a position at Bowers Fc. Is this true and in what position ?
