I am speaking for a group of loyal canvey fans (you know those that actually go to the games home/away). We cannot believe the prices for the 2nd round. We all used to be season ticket holders until last season when the club decided to up the prices. There should be some discount for the loyal fans the club knows who we are!!!!!!!!!!!!!

whilst i think most fans should be happy to pay the price of watching footy at this level (if u dont like it go and watch concorde..it wasnt that long ago we were there) maybe canvey fan has a point for some of the better known long term fans to get some kind of deal..by this i mean the pre brighton match fans...

The statement in the Echo regarding ticket prices has not taken into account Supporters Club members. During pre-season meetings at the Clubhouse, discussions on what benifits would come along with the £10 subs was not only a members reduction on coach travel but also priority on ticket sales. A statement from the Club according to the Evening Echo indicated that season ticket holders would get priority (and rightly so) and then a 'First come First served bases' would apply; why hasn't a statement been made regarding paid up Supporters Club Members ticket availability and or arrangments?

I absolutely agree that Season Ticket holders should receive priority but I also feel that the Supporters Club members should receive an allocation. Between these two groups of supporters a good percentage of regular fans will be ensured a ticket.
