FF News Posted March 28, 2017 Share Posted March 28, 2017 Dagenham & Redbridge FC have announced that it has this week completed on a new 30 year lease on their ground in Victoria Road The new lease is a culmination of several months negotiations and the club would like to thank its landlords, The LB Barking & Dagenham, for their continued support of the club and in particular their Legal Services Department and Property Services Department for their assistance. The new lease will run until March 2047 and not only enables the club to comply fully with various football regulatory conditions but also enables it to continue investing in and improving the infrastructure of the ground.
