Recommended Posts

Hi,

We would be very grateful if you would fill in our very short survey to find out your views on both the current and future direction of Non League UK.

Please feel free to add your comments to this thread, especially if you have expressed a wish to help out <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />

Thank you.

Ian.

OK OK, I was the one that voted No!

The only change I would like to see is having the news updated more regularly <img border="0" title="" alt="[smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

I know how busy you are, and how unlikely it is you'll get much help in developing the site, but it could do with more regular updates, even over the summer.....

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the comments.

As you will have gathered, this site is a one man band - so far 8 people have indicated that they would be willing to help to some degree, but as of now, only one of those people has contacted me. Having already spent some 30+ hours this week working on the new forum software, I am a little short of spare time.

The problem with the news, is that I simply do not have enough hours in the day to upload the articles - however the facility is there for any person to upload stories for me - it would be nice if other webmasters could upload stories from their club - it is really easy to do (honest!) - just go to this web page. If a few people could upload just one story a week, then that would be a start. I am always willing to go in and check the items, and edit if required, but usually that is not required.

So, I am listening, and willing to keep these sections going, but my appeal for help is still there. Even an hour a week would be appreciated.

The forums will never go, what is in doubt is the other sections...

Ian.

I cannot help, I wish I could, but there must be several out there that can. Retired, students, people wanting to learn about computers / internet...... Support Ian for what he is trying to do here - and let's have the best non league site in the UK!!!

I will give a fiver to the first three people that respond here, and help out <img border="0" title="" alt="[big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" /> Because paying £15 would be worth it for an excellent site.

Thanks for all the votes - we had 11 people indicate that they were prepared to help to a lesser or greater extent.

Who are you? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />
