yes and that reason was that jeff and the management team thought he was nor good enough wen really we could have done with him

I heard that Canvey didnt feel he was good enough.

His game has come on so much under Stimmo (love him or hate him)

I think it may have been easy to let him go as he is no thrils and is not the type of player who would grab you in a training session.

Maybe they should have let him run out for a few friendlys to see how good he was.
