Conduct is the problem

If we changed our conduct on the pitch we wouldnt have as many susspentions then we would have a more settled side and we would achive better resalts so come on sort it as a club lets give players fines for getting yellows and reds lets fine our coaching staff when they act like clowns swearing and screaming lets get disaplin in our club and every thing else may just follow sometimes simple sollutions = big problems solved.

I think you will find that steps have been taken by the Board regarding poor dicipline, not sure that it will do much good though!!

is that so i here there is a fine system in place but fines never get collected and that there is no code of conduct. if im rong forgive me but i was told this by a first team player a code of conduct for or coaching staff should also be in place.

there should also be sanctions laid down by the club for going against the code of conduct. all good clubs have this and i fill its where we are going wrong. Please Answer me if there is a code of conduct why dont players sign it before they sign for our club this should be the first bit of paperwork signed.
