Bracknell U18's 3-0 Slough U18's

Recommended Posts

Disappoining performance played on a Larges Lane pitch that never suited the way that the under 18 side like to pla.

First half was fairly even with Slough dominating posession, as they did early in the second-half, but created few chances against a well-organised Bracknell side (much like their first team yesterday).

Two quick goals in the second-half killed the game off. Closest we came was when Sonny hit the bar from a 25-yard free-kick.

Having spoken with Barbra and with some of the supporters who made the trip to Bracknell today to watch the under 18's play their semi final...I can report that they are bitterly disapointed that they did not perform as they can ..and were sad that they did not put up any fight in the second half..but would like to thank those who travelled over to see them...

They have a great chance to go top in their league on Tuesday 17th March when they play Aylesbury Vale at Beaconsfield fc ko 7-45pm ... and your support will be again appreciated..with a extra special game to come on wed 1st April when they play Holmer Green in a top of the table clash (AWAY), this may well decide the league title...for those disapointed today ..lets see if we can help the lads get back to winning ways !

they are truly gutted I can tell you !

Thanks ... chris sliski
