Yep, as stated above, a fairly dull match between Guildford City and Redhill was goalless for 120 minutes.

 

Both teams had good chances.

Redhill bossed the first half, City came back into it in the second. Redhill has the best of the first 15 of extra time, but City put them under pressure after that.

Two good defences rather than bad striking (although both teams missed sitters!).

 

Ultimately, City won 5-3 on penalties to progress.

Cobham 4-1 Merton

 

Cobham advance to a home QF tie against Worcester Park after a hard fought but ultimately comfortable win over Merton in the Surrey Premier Cup.

 

Scorers were Ramsey (3) and Day (1). We also hit the woodwork a few times and conceeded yet another pen (3 in 2 games now!!!), I didn't save it but at least went the right way this time....so some improvement ha!
