A Ref. misses 2 Penalty decisions,one for each side,and then allows an Offside goal to stand,which was a winner.A Player then V. Signs the REF,and is not dismissed.On a another occassion the ball clearly hits the back of the net and rebounds out,No Goal given.Then we have probably one of the Greatest Managers ever, slating Refs week in week out.So how does anyone expect The Lower Leagues to react,if the F.A cannot get it right at the Top Level.
