Lewington sticks with Margate as new deal signed

Margate have announced that goalkeeper Chris Lewington has today signed a contract to stay with the Blues until the end of the 2015/16 season.

The shot-stopper who signed for the Blues ahead of the Gosport Borough game after the appointment of Nikki Bull as First team manager.

The former Dagenham & Redbridge and Colchester United goalkeeper will stay at Hartsdown Park until the end of the season after impressing in his first five games.

Margate Manager Nikki Bull is delighted to add Lewington to the ranks until the end of the season:

“It is clear that in the five games that Chris has played for us how much talent Chris has. It obvious that he will go on to become a very important player for us moving forward”.
