FF News
Despite interest in the player during this January transfer window, Colin Gordon insists Adam Dawson is very much a Kidderminster Harriers player as the team look to kick-start their season. Popular winger Dawson, who featured heavily during the first month of the season at Aggborough, spent three months out on loan at Tranmere Rovers before Christmas. The former Bristol Rovers man is now back in the camp, but has not been available to play because of a hernia injury. Surgery has taken care of that, and Colin is looking forward to having Dawson back at his disposal, possibly in time for next weekend’s trip to Aldershot Town. “Daws is going to be a few more days; he’s had a minor hernia operation but he’ll be back,” he commented. “Then he’ll be our player and he’ll be with us. “He will be doing rehab over and after the weekend and then, hopefully, within two or three days he should be available for selection. “I’m aware of a few clubs who rate him highly and we’ve had phone calls about him but, at the minute, he’s our player.” Source: www.harriers.co.uk Source
