YouTube action from a 2015/16 SSML Division Two Cup Quarter Final tie between Totternhoe and Loughton Manor, at the Recreation Ground on Saturday 12 December 2015, Totternhoe won 2-0 to progress all the way to the Final that season only to lose 3-2 to Hale Leys United at Pancake Lane on Monday 2 May 2016, coincidentally the same scoreline as when the two Club's met in a league game at the Recreation Ground just two weeks earlier:

YouTube action from Saturday 26 August 2017 and a 2017/18 SSML Division Two fixture between Totternhoe and Amersham Town who were then a Division Two Club but were promoted to Division One that season, Totternhoe had a superb 1-0 win at Spratleys Meadow that afternoon and enjoyed a good season finishing fourth in the table and lifting the Bedfordshire FA Senior Trophy at The Eyrie, beating Cranfield United 2-0 with goals from Jack Lauder and Joe Smith:

Totternhoe's Reserve team are in Division One 'A' of the Bedfordshire County League and will meet with the new Arlesey Town Under 23's and Langford Reserve sides as well as Stotfold Development. Totternhoe Reserves have been putting some good results together in pre-season so far, particularly the 7-0 win at Stewkley Reserves last Saturday and a 2-0 win at Flitwick Town Reserves who will also play in the Division One of the Bedfordshire County League, albeit in the 'B' Division:

Totternhoe entertain MK Gallacticos on Saturday 19 September in their first SSML Division Two fixture of the new campaign, they then make the trip to Green Lane to meet Bovingdon the following Saturday. Totternhoe have had a busy pre-season thus far playing pretty much twice a week so they should be as fit as butchers dogs by the time MK Gallacticos come knocking at the Recreation Ground door, the game last season resulted in a 1-1 stalemate in late August however MK Gallacticos beat Totternhoe 6-1 at the North Furzton Sports Ground in February.

Totternhoe Reserves will kick off their Bedfordshire County League Division One 'A' campaign with a visit to Houghton Athletic on Saturday 3 October, kick off 2.30pm, they then entertain St Josephs the following week followed by a visit to Lea Sports PSG on Saturday 17 October. Pre-season results have been positive with a good 2-1 win at AFC Kempston Town & Bedford College yesterday so there is no reason not to hit the ground running when they face Sharnbrook at the Recreation Ground in the First Round of the Bedfordshire FA Intermediate Challenge Cup on Saturday 26 September.

Totternhoe have a busy day tomorrow (26 September) when the First team travel to Green Lane to take on Bovingdon in their second SSML Division Two fixture of the campaign having beaten MK Gallactcos 2-1 last week at Dunstable Road with goals from Lala Dem and Mark Smith. The Reserve side are in Bedfordshire FA Intermediate Challenge Cup First Round action against Division One 'B' side Sharnbrook in their first competitive fixture of the new campaign and under Management, next Saturday (3 October) they travel to Houghton Athletic for their first Bedfordshire County League Division One 'A' fixture whilst the First team entertain New Bradwell St Peter:

Disappointment for Totternhoe's First team on Saturday going down 2-1 at Bovingdon having taken the lead on 24 minutes through Jonathan Clarke, Bovingdon responded quickly with an equaliser three minutes later and the winning goal came on 69 minutes. The Reserve team didn't fare any better losing 4-1 at home to Sharnbrook in a Bedfordshire FA Intermediate Challenge Cup First Round tie and had their goalkeeper to thank for keeping the score respectable.

Totternhoe's SSML Division Two fixture with New Bradwell St Peter was called off this morning with the Dunstable Road pitch deemed not fit for play however the Reserve side have travelled to Houghton Athletic for their first Bedfordshire County League Division One 'A' fixture of the campaign following the disappointing defeat at Sharnbrook in the Intermediate Challenge Cup First Round last week. The postponement was annoying for First team supremo Chris Harvey as Totternhoe have no League fixture scheduled for next Saturday, I wonder whether he wanted some of his players who are still lacking match fitness to make the trip to Tithe Farm Road and be included in the side or at least on the bench, the Reserve side welcome St Josephs to Dunstable Road next week:

Disappointingly, Totternhoe's First team are left kicking their heels again tomorrow afternoon with no SSML Division Two fixture scheduled. It is very frustrating for boss Chris Harvey however he may well 'pull rank' and request that some of his players participate in the Reserves Bedfordshire County League Division One 'A'  home fixture with St Josephs in order to keep them match fit and primed for the encounter with Tring Corinthians AFC next week (17 October) with the Icknield Way Club having surprisingly played last week, despite the weather conditions that prevented Totternhoe from playing, and due to play tomorrow. Last Saturday the Reserve team survived the monsoon like conditions and travelled to Houghton Athletic where they impressed in a 3-0 win with goals from Ryan Quinn and a brace from substitute Ellis Capp in what was their first League outing following a poor 4-1 home defeat to Division One 'B' side Sharnbrook the previous week in a Bedfordshire FA Intermediate Challenge Cup First Round tie:

It's not going particularly well at present for Totternhoe Reserves as they have lost their last two Bedfordshire County League Division One 'A' fixtures, 3-0 at home to St Josephs last Saturday and 3-1 at Lea Sports PSG yesterday, next Saturday (24 October) they entertain Eaton Park Rangers followed by another home fixture against Wilstead Reserves a week later. The First team meanwhile were finally able to perform yesterday after a three week layoff and, in only their third SSML Division Two fixture of the season, beat Tring Corinthians AFC 3-1 at Dunstable Road (pictured yesterday) with goals from Matthew Woolaway and a brace from, who else, Lala Dem (see a Sports Shots preview on the game). Next Saturday (24 October) there is a trip to Buckingham United to negotiate who are going well under their new boss John Walton and then it is another road trip to Broadwater to meet new boys Berkhamsted Comrades who are taking time to find their feet in the rough and tumble of the SSML Division Two but no doubt will given time.

Further to the earlier post, over 300 photographs courtesy of Sports Shots, and a match report, from yesterday's (17 October) 3-1 win over Tring Corinthians AFC at Dunstable Road with strikes from Matthew Woolaway and a brace from Lala Dem, it was an encouraging win for Totternhoe who had not played for three weeks since losing 2-1 at Bovingdon as long ago as 26 September:

Hopefully Totternhoe Reserves can get some more Bedfordshire County League Division One 'A' points on the board tomorrow when they entertain Eaton Park Rangers, it hasn't been the best of starts to their campaign however they did manage an impressive 3-0 win at Houghton Athletic on 3 October which showed what they are capable of if they put their minds to it, they have some good young players who can find the net such as Ashley Denniss, Ryan Quinn, Ellis Capp and Luke Whitby. Meanwhile Chris Harvey takes the First team to Buckingham United tomorrow knowing that his counterpart John Walton has hit the ground sprinting at the Lace Hill Sports and Community Centre since taking over the reins from Sean Devine, it won't be an easy trip however results so far have been encouraging and, despite a very frustrating three week lay off, the two Dunstable Road wins over MK Gallacticos and Tring Corinthians AFC last Saturday will have delighted Chris Harvey with Lala Dem proving a real handful for defenders up front:

Both Totternhoe's First team and Reserve team were all dressed up with nowhere to go on Saturday afternoon as their respective fixtures (see below) at Broadwater against Berkhamsted Comrades and at Dunstable Road against Wilstead Reserves were called off due to waterlooged pitches. The Reserve side are scheduled to try again next Saturday (7 November) when they travel to Eaton Park Rangers in a Bedfordshire County League Division One 'A' fixture who they met only recently, on 24 October at Dunstable Road, losing 6-2 to record their third successive League defeat, Ellis Capp and Joe Dixon scored the goals, it remains to be seen however whether the game will go ahead due to the Covid-19 lockdown starting on Thursday. Meanwhile the First team are scheduled to entertain high flying Pitstone & Ivinghoe on Saturday, last time out, on 24 October, Chris Harvey's men performed particularly well against an in form Buckingham United side at the Lace Hill Sports & Community Centre, coming away with a 2-2 draw with goals from Jonathan Butler and, who else, Lala Dem, his fourth goal in the four League games played thus far:

Totternhoe are one of the SSML Club's who have decided not to re-start their campaign for the time being due to safety reasons, both in the SSML Division Two and the Bedfordshire County League Division One 'A' where they were due to travel to Wilstead Reserves last Saturday (5 December) however the fixture was called off following the Club's decision and announcement below. Coincidentally the sides were due to lock horns at Dunstable Road on Saturday 31 October, prior to the lockdown period, however that fixture was postponed due to the inclement weather conditions at the time so both the Reserves and Chris Harvey's First Team haven't kicked a ball in anger since Saturday 24 October:

As many people have seen we have unfortunately chosen against re starting the season. We as a club believe the decision is the correct one for us, the health and well-being of our players, coaches and committee as well as the families must come first.
