Big test against a full time side that have had a great start to the season and sit second in the table.

Need to be at our best to get a result, I’d be very happy with a point. Although losing wouldn’t be unexpected away to a full time team with massive backing, we really don’t want to go into our FA Cuo match with 3 consecutive league defeats in our minds. But looking forward to having Slavi back in the squad and hopefully he can get back to his early form quickly.

They may be2nd but let's not forget they were knocked out of the FA cup at home whilst failing to score by a mid table team

That’s the beauty of the Cup though! League form usually gets picked up and thrown out of the nearest window. I think Scott and the team will be pleased with a draw tomorrow.

Mid table team after 7 games?

I think we can all agree that there are some false positions in the table after so few games.

I'll be amazed if Boreham Wood don't finish in a play off position.

Their winger was very tricky against Josh who won the battle  couple of times.                                                No one around josh when he went down injured the next time Winger got the ball past a slipping Jammers crossed they scored. We scored with our 1st chance after they missed chances to score. Last 15 minutes we had three chances kicked of the lìne.          A draw was a fair and good result well done lads.

Speaking of missing players, I wonder where our new striker Kareem was today? Hopefully he can provide some insight to how Chatham play.

Chatham are 17th in their league beaten at home today by the club 19th still the FA cup can throw up surprises!

A draw was a fair result?

Not according to their ungracious managers post match comments.

According to him Slough were never in the game and they should have scored 4 goals

Sloughs only chances were at the end from set pieces and we put 11 players behind the ball.

Correct Adrian.

Recent results, league positions etc will mean nothing come next Saturday.

I saw this "parked the bus" accusation too. We didn't have a bus to park particularly once we'd lost Josh. We left 2 up when defending corners, they left none. They had plenty of chances, we scored, hit the post, their goalie made several good saves, clearances off the line. Yes they had the balance of play and more chances. They were second in the league at home, what do you expect? We more than made our contribution to an exciting game though.

Tbf, their website report is more balanced.
