With our season over, we now enter the winter 'metaphorically', of our year.

 

The league positions have to be finalised and the play-offs still await us. And, not forgetting the European Championships, the Champions League and the UEFA Cup, but none of these involve Gravesend and Northfleet. And the European Championships only have the slightest interest to us. So it's reached the time of year when the rumourmongers and trivia buffs clog up the internet with their drivel. So here goes.

 

Looking at the goalscorers for 2002/2003, only Francis Duku (who only scored one this season), is still at the club. Not one goalscorer is still with us from that season.

 

The point I'm making is the turn-over we've had in players and the improvement we've seen in just a year.
