Supporters AGM and Election of the New Board...

as under 10 applications the vote will now take place at the AGM on Wednesday 16th June at the Polish Association. 8PM.

 

Supporters day trip to the coast set for Sunday 18th July leaves wexham park at 8am ..tickets approx 10 - 12 pounds children half price if travelling with an adult... leave you name here for seats.../ bookings....

Open day at The polish Association - Pre season..meet the players etc etc....

Chris, as there were under ten people standing for the board, will this mean there is NOT a vote taking place??

Gary, from what Chris said to me on the boat, my understanding is that there is no need for a postal ballot, but the board has to be given the seal of approval by the Supporters Trust as a whole - so effectively I would guess that the board will be presented to the Trust and a show of hands for approval will be required. About right Chris?

Spot on BFR, in the election rules and constitution, no postal ballot required if under 10 applicants, the vote will be taken on block for the election of the officers.
