The club have announced an additional home friendly which will take place on Monday 26th July 2004 against the Ghanian Olympic Team. Ghana will be playing at Lewes on the 24th before playing ourselves then heading off to Athens via Portugal for the 2004 Olympics. This is a massive game and a coup for the club and more details will be released over the next few days. The Ghana squad will contain such names as Samual Kuffor of Bayern Munich and Stephen Appiah of Juventus. Keep in touch with the website and the Beaverline for more details, but below is the Ghana squad as taken off the BBC websire....

 

 

Full squad

Goalkeepers: George Owu, Mohammed Alhassan,( all of Asante Kotoko) and Isaac Amoako(Ashantigold).
