here it comes the long tedious goal fest of an unbeaten run..we shred every team home and away and creep up the table.. gradually we ease our way thru the chasing pack, then bear down relentlessly on albans.. we finally take over at the top after coming from behind to beat them at our place in early april.. they fold like wet cardboard (we all know the pressure of being in front).. and we take the title at billericay 3 games later.. dont say i didnt warn you

To be honest in September 2002 all I thought we would have to play for come March was our pride.

 

OK we might not win the title but at least the next month promises to be very exciting.

 

Most people back in September would have settled for being seven points behind the leaders come March and you never know what's going to happen in the final month of the season.
