There was an AFC Telford fan there as well who said he very nearly lost his club (albeit entirely different circumstances ) but knew what we were feeling. Got to hand to these people.

There was also a really nice bloke who had come all the way from Maidstone, although he was not a football fan in particular. He was supporting us because he was a member of the Dreamland preservation thing (sorry I forgot the name) and he felt that this was another cause that should be fought for and preserved.

He says it better than me on the Radio Kent have your say website, but I thank him for his solidarity and effort.

 

PS, the coppers were very nice and some of them support us too!

Getting back to the true fans.Hornet,Margate Fan,was nice to meet you last night,perhaps when the stadium is built we can all have a drink together,keeping everthing crossed.Good luck.
