Have Windsor ever had a youth team or Pace Scheme?

Just wondering if you have ever had a youth team or PACE scheme in operation run by Tony Galvin?

Not sure who ran the PACE side but we did have one a couple of seasons ago.

 

Same goes for the youth side.

Do you know who set up the PACE outfit and what college you linked too? And why don't you run it now as it is so lucrative?

 

Also, Why no Youth setup?

Was Dennis Greene involved with PACE or the youth or was this prior to his time?

The PACE team was set up with Uxbridge College, I think. The reason that they are no longer with us is that they decided to go to Yeading, I think.

 

This is not as lucrative as people think. It makes no money for the club, if anything it costs the club money. I am sure that we only ever got one decent player out of the side in two years.

 

As for the youth sides, they just drifted away but we are already in talks with certain clubs to re-start this.
