FA plans for levels 4-6 for season 2006/7

I see in today's NLP that the FA has apparently sent draft re-organisation suggestions to all clubs at levels 4-6.

 

Is anyone able to reveal what they propose for clubs in the good old ESL?

I feel you are being a touch pre-emptive there UB. Unless you have an exceptional team, the ESL is not the easiest to get out of. Don't care personally, as long as we get to play you in a few cups at our place as well....Loads of money!
