I think it would be a good idea to find out the views of us GATE fans what they xpect of the club over the coming season .Im going 4 a top 10 finish in the league if we do any better fantastic, and a couple of good runs in the cup comps this year bring a bit of money to the club oh i wish 4 another day like Leyton Orient , you never no but maybe not this year and its good to be back online HI {oh Bodyform } Andy here... come on the GATE... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" />

At the start of the season, i thought we would scrape into the playoffs. However, i think we have played the 3 teams who will be relegated this season, and we have only taken 5 points from them. Therefore, i feel we will get a mid-table finish. I hope i am proved wrong.

Have to go along with you MH on that one.There is always a hope that things CAN improve though and it IS still only 4 matches into the season.But as it is, yes,mid-table looks best we can do with what we have at the moment i.m.o.

I think Margate should aim for a top half finish. Ck has said he is looking for consolidation. We can see from the performances that Margate has the potential to score goals, the problem is actually getting them there (obviously). Margate tends to do well in Cup games so Margate are expected to do reasonably well this season in that side i.m.o.
