The club will be having a youth team this year in the Allied Counties Youth League - something which is a major step forward for the club in terms of our future growth.

According to a message on the Maidenhead United board, we will be in the Central Division and the league will be made up of the following teams:

1. Aylesbury United

2. Burnham FC

3. Flackwell Heath (Relegated from Premier Div)

4. Henley Town

5. Maidenhead United

6. Marlow FC

7. Penn & TYler Green

8. Reading Town (Moved from South Div to Central)

9. Uxbridge FC (Relegated from Premier Div)

10. Windsor & Eton (New)

11. Wokingham & Emmbrook

The season is due to start on Weds 30th August. This is taken from the Maidenhead board so is subject to confirmation.

The normal night for Allied Counties games is a Wednesday, but I expect it will be much like the Capital League where you can arrange them for any day you like.

I would assume that they will play at Stag Meadow although this has not been confirmed.

Looking at the photos last weeks' local papers I thought it was you playing in the world cup but then I realised they were small-scale models!
