despite the malicious rumour circulating, the Presentation Night is taking place at the Wheatsheaf, Baker Street, Enfield this Saturday 22 July, starting at 8.00pm.

Ware do you think that rumour came from? I think it may have come from the same Club that couldn't organise the 'proverbial' in a brewery. Who could else could be daft enough to organise a Football Club Quiz Night on the same evening as the World Cup Quarter Finals?

That was a cracking night at the Wheatsheaf last night. It was great to see such a good turn out. My nephew had a brilliant night too and he was thrilled to meet JC and PC.

 

I'm sure we'll need a bigger venue for next years presentation night. It can't have been easy for Les Presenting the awards with half the people in one room and everyone else outside.

 

Well done to Russ for the top notch food and well done to Rhymenreason for finally winning the auction for his signed Gazza book.
