I am not sure if I translated it correctly from Essex to English, but on the Canvey forum they seem to think he is going there. Also it looks like they have signed Chris Kiwomya.

Aparently sources at our Club say he's already signed a contract with us. But he wasn't going to move till his one at Gillingham expired, he's originally from Canvey and his brother used to play for us. So if the news about him being released is true, he could be coming our way earlier than expected!!
