Yes. Those are temporary lights as the others have been switched off for some unknown reason.

 

To add to the confusion the lights on Lemsford Road were the same.

 

Those on the Hatfield Road side were stuck on just red. There was a huge queue of traffic this morning.

It's a nightmare, as there is no pedestrian crossing there at the minute either - fking dangerous when I'm pushing youngster home in the dark in the evenings.

Agreed. What annoys me is that the footpath further up Hatfield road has been closed for several months waiting for the wall to be fixed, so I have to cross the road twice!
