According to the match report for the Gravesend game this sounds nasty..
"Lee Boylan who had been running around the itch all night"
Perhaps some sort of vaccination or curfew is in order to prevent him contracting similar itches.

or maybe he could employ the age old remedy of half a pinch of radish leaf rubbed into the forehead whilst muttering the ancient words of the dutch settlers, which can be found on the 143rd section of the sea wall.

I think I'm allowed the odd mistype !! Blimin hard work concentrating on the match and making notes, especially at a game such as that - I'm sure your reporter, Merv, would understand !
Still, seriously, its nice to know that at least one person has made my efforts worthwhile !

Just realised that I think it was Merv's report you were talking about !
In that case, check out my report on the GNFC website - much better ! ( Only joking Merv, as your report is much more flowing than my efforts )
My comments about it being hard reporting on matches, however, still hold true !

All the best for the rest of the season - may the best team win through.

Hey guys, do you bother to read who wrote the Gravesend report? It was me!!!
I'm not letting Merv take all the credit, he was in Yorkshire for Easter.
I have done about 10 reports this season. Plus the entire pre-season campaign as Ian & Merv were in France.
I done a few for last year too. I think Telford was my highest profile game.
Not bad for someone who is meant to spend the evenings and weekends studying for his GCSEs rather than watching football!!!
Matt CIFC

Merv has now returned from his holiday in Yorkshire and normal service will now be resumed.
Merv CIFC
BTW nice to see that the webiste, just like the team, has strength in depth. One guy is out for a few weeks but our reserves (Matt and Ian) are quite capable of maintaining the high standards we are all used to.) Well done to my apprentice Matt and his assistant Ian.

Oh no - Merv is back images/icons/wink.gif" border="0
I suppose we all have to be on our best behaviour now? images/icons/shocked.gif" border="0
Hold on, a cotton pickin' moment - who is boss around here?
It's not easy you know - I have one team member, who has half a dozen holidays a year, another one just out of nappies - and me married with 2 kids, a mortgage, a mistress....

I think that would make a good question...
Who has the oldest & youngest webmasters?
I go for Canvey Island, I'm 16, Ian is just under double that and Merv... Well I don't want to rub that in!
Have a good birthday in Yorkshire Granps'?! images/icons/grin.gif" border="0
Matt CIFC

Apologies Matt - I had read the report previously and, in putting my comments on here didnt check who wrote the report, as I knew it was normally Merv.
Still not as good as my report though !!! images/icons/grin.gif" border="0
