FF News
Macclesfield Town triker Matthew-Barnes Homer believes the Silkmen have the toughest run in this season compared to the other teams chasing promotion But he believes the side have what it takes to be successful if they can keep getting important results like last weekend’s game against Bristol Rovers. He said: " The game coming up against Halifax is a massive game for us, if you look at our run in out of the teams that are trying to get in to the play offs or the teams that our in the play offs we have the toughest run in because we play Halifax, Wrexham, Forest Green , Dartford and Torquay. “Halifax are trying to get into the play offs and we're trying to stay in so neither team will want to lose games so we've got to go for it.” Halifax are currently five points outside the play off positions and have a game in hand over Macclesfield but face Barnet as well as play off hopefuls Eastleigh and Woking before the end of the season.
