Stimson makes a number of allegations in the Non-League paper this week which paint Jeff King in a rather unflattering light.

If half of what he says is true, then I think he's been treated poorly. If all of what he says is true, he's been treated disgracefully. If of course none of what he says is true, then that's a different matter.

It was a very poor piece of journalism that contradicts itself a few times. At one point it says that the non league England manager said that he was going to put stimmo in the squad for the friendly and the later on says that he had no intention of playing any player that is in a relegation or promotion battle. I always stick to the belief that you should take everything you read with a very large pinch of salt, and this story just seemed to be jumping on the we hate Canvey bandwagon.

From a good source , the sense of player disloyalty at Canvey in the closing months of the season was due to disputes over win bonuses.
If you sign a player whose main motivation to join is money, that will also be the main motivation for leaving.

a good source hey, what source is that then?.. watching stimmo over the last few seasons i've seen a player putting his heart and sole into most games, i dont think it was a win bonus that made him the player he was for us.. so player and manager fell out big deal, happens all the time..but unless you want to spill the beans on the good sauce im afraid i can give your story no credence....... please note puns in bold type, i am really rather pleased with em

Don't blame Stimmo for this in case you hadn't realised its been that dasterley John Crawshaw behind all this all along but fear not Mervy is on the case and he has got him sussed.
Keep on taking it Mervy.

Vic, I think you're getting as paranoid as that Mervy character, I mean you blame John Crawshaw for everything else so I thought it only logical that he must be to blame for this Stimmo business, it doesn't mean to say that I am him in disguise.
I may well be in love with myself but I think its you thats having a laugh, by the way perhaps you could tell me what exactly it is that you lot are on and where I can get hold of some.
