it is seriously true, I asked him and thats what he said. He's in Barcelona at the moment anyway so he can't go on here even if he wants to.

Hey, that's not fair! The only trips my school went on were to museums and inner city zoos and stuff.

I understand it's especially beautiful at sun SET (get it!)

One of the major benefits of the company limited by guarantee is that no director is going to lose his house. With the money it costs these days to run a nl club, I can see why some are reluctant to join committees in case they get lumbered with some of the debt. Romford FC is a company limited by guarante. Whatever the status of the ESL it should be professionally represented and protected.
I strongly disagree that if a couple of clubs went to pot or the league disappeared no one would bother. Attendances for ESL games this season will probably be near the 20000 mark. Not all different people admittedly but hardly a drop in the ocean

Right, found it. Here we are:

Barcelona - Such a beautiful horizon
Barcelona - Like a jewel in the sun
Por ti sere gaviota de tu bella mar
Barcelona - Suenan las campanas
Barcelona - Abre tus puertas al mundo
If God is willing
Friends until the end
Viva - Barcelona

I've no idea what it's about, but it's been running through my head since finding out matthew is over there.

Matthew's back now so you dont have to think about it anymore. He said it was great, better than stupid zoos and he said mi cago on los puta tu madre.

Nothing to add to the beer and Liability comments. However, I have just had my 2002/03 season ticket delivered and I am chuffed to say the least. Bring on the footie!

Shucks, what can I say? I am in an ESL frame of mind and I was just thinking... I've not even looked at the Enfield fixture list since it came online. After a season I believe I have now officially switched from thinking of 107/307 Boreham Wood groundsharing and endless Escrow wrangling to what we have now: a professionally run club owned by supporters in the borough of Enfield. There's no 'I' in 'teamwork'.
